This option gives you control over the hole-filling algorithm:
- Fix small holes only (default): advised for most datasets.
- Fix all holes except at tile boundaries: reinforce the hole-filling algorithm to minimize the number of holes in the mesh. With this option, the algorithm tries to enforce a closed surface.
Note: This last option may create aberrant geometry to fill large holes. However, retouching these aberrant parts may be easier than filling unwanted holes.
